It is amazing how a single drop of paint can completely shift your energy when you are feeling totally drained by the world. Gray days definitely have a way of making everything feel a bit heavier, but turning that exhaustion into a creative moment is a beautiful way to recharge. Hopefully, letting your brush hit the canvas gives you the quiet space you need to just breathe and reset today. Keep painting through the gray, it really is the best kind of medicine.
