Your lines on miracles reminded me of a story I used to tell my students. A man who was training his dog threw a ball into a river. The dog walked on water - not swim - and fetched the ball. The man was amazed. The dog did it again. Then he wanted to share this miracle with a friend. When the friend was called to see what was happening, that man wasn't amused or surprised. He just said, "Your silly dog doesn't know how to swim!"
